This ornament series is one of Wedgwood's most popular and they are very difficult to locate now. This particular ornament in the series is almost impossible to find.

- This porcelain ball ornament measures 3" in diameter, with nine ballerinas on one side and the corresponding song verse on the other.
- Features a gorgeous and wonderfully detailed porcelain ball depicting ballerinas in pink tutus as the nine ladies dancing from the beloved Christmas carol. A garland of holly and berries circles the top of the ball.
- On the back of the ornament written in gold and accented with holly is the verse "On the ninth day of Christmas my true love gave to me Nine Ladies Dancing".
- The ornament's details also include a golden holly embossed cap, along with a deep green satin ribbon imprinted with "Wedgwood".
